Flagship are Finalists in the 2019 Business Excellence Awards
Flagship proud to be Finalists in the Customer Service Category
Flagship are delighted to announce we were recently nominated for the Peterborough Telegraph Business Excellence Awards and have found out we are Finalists in the Customer Service category for the 2019 Awards.
In September we found out we were shortlisted and were totally blown away! During October we submitted supporting information and been through a rigorous interview process too.
The category is sponsored by Moore Stephens. The outline for the Customer Service Award category at the Peterborough Telegraph Business Excellence Awards is;
“This award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate that it truly has the customer at the heart of its business. It’s wider than simply customer ‘care’, or ‘satisfaction’, and is more about ensuring everything that the company does has the customer at its core. The organisation must show where it deploys and manages its resources to continuously improve its performance standards to ensure it most effectively meets the needs of its entire customer base.
The judges will want to see evidence of post sale support to make sure the customer was satisfied and got what they wanted from their purchase and also examples of how companies deal with specific customer care related issues. Each finalist will be asked to provide evidence that shows a high level of customer focus, and that they are actively on the side of their customers – ultimately, that they do more for their customers than other companies in a similar line of business.”
Flagship have always placed our customers at the core of what we do, our offer and how we go about our work. Receiving this recognition has really helped recognise this and made the effort and hardwork worthwhile.
As part of the process we have received feedback from some of our clients too.
‘Wow what can I say about Pete and Mags….well apart from utterly BRILLIANT!! I have the pleasure to have a very close and professional relationship with both Pete and Mags. We started working with Flagship training about a year ago not only do they exceed my trainees expectations and needs by turning up as a surprise to bring them ice creams on a hot training day but they constantly blow my mind with their continued support and help in arranging 3 day courses and the one day refreshers. So far they have supported and trained approx 100 of my managers and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us both in this close and incredible work relationship.’ Sam Melton L&D Leader MPJ Enterprises T/As McDonald’s Restaurants.
‘Having a large fleet of vehicles and drivers, the need to be compliant is vital. Flagship has been an important commodity to our business. We highly recommend Flagship to anyone running vehicles. A valuable asset to our company. Thank you.’ Adrian Witcomb, GM Whites Recycling.
Regardless of the outcome on the night of the Peterborough Telegraph Business Excellence Awards. At Flagship we are just excited to have made the shortlist and now finalists too. Of course it would be incredible for us to win though! Receiving the recognition of how we are disrupting the First Aid, Mental Health training as well as the Transport Services Sector with our Driver CPC Training and Compliance solutions by making it to a finalist position we feel is an incredible achievement. We are proud of Flagship and the way we are doing business.
